The Knights of Old Group has embarked on a further phase of expansion with the addition of 12 MAN tractor units, worth nearly £1million.

The 12 TGX26.500XXL tractor units represent a substantial investment for the company. Commenting on the new fleet arrivals, Paul Abbott, Knights of Old Group Director, explains, "This significant investment is vital to The Knights of Old Group where the continuous renewal of the fleet has implications for road safety, worker safety and efficiency.

The new fleet consists of 12 6x2 Euro 6c Tractors which will be distributed between Knights of Old Group companies and branded accordingly: 4 to Derbyshire-based Nelson Distribution, and 8 to Knights of Old Ireland Express.

It has exactly the right drive concept for heavy-duty transport, perfect for the Knights of Old Group.
